Refund & Cancellation Policy

We designed this policy to be fair for families and for our partner studios. Please review before booking activities.

Effective Date: 1/12/2026

1) Standard Cancellation Window

  • Cancel 24+ hours before the activity start time → 100% credit returned
  • Cancel within 24 hours of start time → credit is forfeited

2) No-Show Policy

  • No-show (not checked in or not attended) → credit is forfeited

3) Late Arrival / Check-In Grace Period

Some classes may not allow late entry. When allowed, partners may apply a brief grace period. As a general guideline, we recommend a 10-minute grace period. After that, check-in acceptance is at the Partner’s discretion.

4) One-Time Courtesy Forgiveness

We understand that life happens—especially with kids. Members may request one courtesy credit return every 30 days for emergencies like:

  • child illness
  • family emergency
  • unexpected childcare conflict
  • weather-related issues

Requests must be made within 24 hours after the activity start time. Courtesy forgiveness may be denied if there is a repeated pattern of late cancellations or no-shows.

5) Partner Cancellations

If a Partner cancels an activity, your credits will be returned automatically. If an activity is rescheduled, you may choose to attend the new time or take your credit back.

6) Rescheduling

  • If rescheduling is offered, moving a booking 24+ hours before start time is free.
  • Reschedules requested within 24 hours are treated like late cancellations unless the Partner approves.

7) Special Events / Premium Experiences

Some premium experiences or limited-capacity events may have different policies (for example, a 48-hour cancellation window). If so, the event policy shown at booking time will apply.

8) Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription any time to stop future billing. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Tip: If your schedule is uncertain, choose activities with more availability so it’s easier to cancel/reschedule without losing credits.
